How far do you cater?

Western Wisconsin and Twin Cities metro area; approximately a 60 mile radius to the Twin Cities.

How large of an event/wedding can you cater?

Our largest catering to date was 2,000 people.  Most caterings average 100-350 people, however we also cater many smaller intimate gatherings as well.  We specialize in offering caterings which are exceptional and memorable, no matter the size.

Buffets or sit-downs?

We do both or combination thereof, e.g., sit-down salad, followed by buffet – you choose.

Linens, china, and silverware?  

We can supply all the necessary items to make your event/wedding perfect.

Do you cut cake and serve?

Yes, we supply plates, forks, cutters and servers.

What’s not included in the price?

Applicable state sales tax and 15% gratuity are additional charges.

We have a special menu request, e.g., Kosher, vegan, vegetarian, etc. – can you accommodate?

All of the above; we can even prepare special recipe requests you may have.

How many staff do you provide?

For every 50 guests we provide two servers.

Can you provide liquor services?

Yes, we provide complete bar service.

What is the deposit or payment process?

A one page contract clearly outlining products and services to be rendered is signed, at which time a $200 down payment is made.  The remaining balance is paid 72 hours prior to event/wedding commencement.

Do you have tables, chairs, and tents?

No, but we work with some great suppliers which we're happy to put you in contact with.
