River Valley Catering proudly introduces its Executive Chef, Anthony Leone.  Tony has been a member of The West Wind, operators of River Valley Catering, for many years.  He began his cooking career at the popular San Pedro Café in Hudson while still at Hudson High.  He then went on to complete the culinary arts program at St. Paul College.  After that he was promoted to Sous Chef, then Executive Chef and General Manager at San Pedro.  We are very lucky to have Tony’s expertise in our kitchen.

Tony is very big on paying attention to the finest details and making sure that everything is consistent, looks great and most of all, tastes amazing.  “I want to make everything perfect for the customer.  It is their night and they should not have to worry about it one bit!  Also, I get a lot of gratification when I hear all the great compliments and thank yous we get on every party we do.  It just makes you feel good.” That is the attitude that River Valley Catering has.  It is your night and we are here for you.

Tony’s cooking philosophy is pretty straight forward, “Stick to what you know how to do and work as hard as you can to execute it perfectly and professionally.  Always keep presentation a top priority, when the food looks great, it tastes even better!”  Tony took up this profession because he loves the hustle and bustle of the restaurant kitchen.  “There is something new every day, and when you have a great staff like we do, it really makes it enjoyable to go to work.”  Tony as well as the rest of us at River Valley Catering are looking forward to making your event perfect for you and for all your special guests.
