Set up and staffing of your off premise events
Above bars include a portable bar or table stocked with coolers of ice,
glassware, cocktail napkins, swizzle sticks, pop, lemon sour, soda, tonic,
grenadine, orange juice, grapefruit juice, cranberry juice, pineapple juice
and condiments. Bartender Staffing is 1 per 100 guests, $18.00 per hour,
portal to portal, (This is from two hours before the event starts till one hour
after the event is done) Add 6.5% Minnesota sales tax and 10% gratuity
to all bills. Minimum orders apply: $500.00 weekdays, $1000.00 on weekends.

River Valley Catering is a fully licensed caterer in Minnesota. That licensing allows
us to serve alcoholic beverages in many venues around the Twin Cities that lack
the ability or licensing to do it.
The bartender is an important part of any beverage catering operation. Ours is no exception and we think you'll love the bartender selection we have. Our bartending staff has proven to be very popular at wedding receptions and other events. Outgoing personalities, witty converstionalists, and own to earth common sense are just a few of compliments we've gotten. This is one of those party ideas that makes complete sense when everything is considered. We are fully licensed and insured. You'll have someone bartending that is thouroughly trained and has full understanding of the legal responsibilities. The ability to blend in at any function has made this a very popular service.
